Just found this online by typing into Google black and white illustration work. I met someone the other night who has asked me to do some work like this so I think i'm going back to just me and the permanent marker for this project.
this packaging worked until the final form then i just couldn't work out how it worked with card and I have abandoned it in favour of a simplistic shoebox shape. I'm now going to play to my strengths and 3d design isn't one of them :)
